Once you submit this form, the information will be sent to the SAWGA Membership Chair.

The Executive Board has final approval of all membership applications!!

Please ensure your Handicap Index is no more than 35.8.  Your Handicap Index must be maintained by an organization that is USGA approved and verifiable from your course or through GHIN, and based upon at least 20 rounds of golf.

Once you have been approved, the Membership Chair will notify you personally and give you information regarding your Membership Fee (subject to change) and where to send it.  Please make check payable to SAWGA.

• Current Annual Fee is $35 for the Fiscal Year beginning September 1st through August 31st. 
• Current Fee after February 1st is $15.
